Enabling & Disabling Your Entrant List #

If you want your entrant list to be publicly visible, you can make that update from your event dashboard.

Overview #

Click the toggle to switch from “hidden” to visible:

Check your registration page for the entrants list icon; click the icon to view the list:

If you’d like to set the entrants list back to “hidden”, simply revisit the dashboard and click the toggle:

Additional Notes #

• Why won’t my entrants list stay visible?
  • Duplicate registrations will prevent the entrants list from displaying. To resolve the issue, we recommend reaching out to your duplicate registrants and modify their registrations accordingly. Once duplicate registrations are removed and/or resolved, the entrants list functionality is restored.
• It’s race day. Where is my entrants list?
  • Your entrants list will automatically shift to “hidden” on race day.
