How To Use Your Event Dashboard #
Go to Registrations >> Dashboard
Your event dashboard offers a plethora of useful tools. Here, you can manage your entrant lists by hiding or displaying them, deactivate distances, and view various breakdowns of your registrants, including by distance, number of charged entrants, coupon entries, manual entries, and total waitlisted participants. Additionally, you can track current funds to be paid out and navigate back to previous years to compare data. At the bottom of the dashboard, a graph compares your current registrations to those of the previous year, if available. It’s a comprehensive page packed with valuable information.
Dashboard Tools #
Deactivate a Distance: If you’re no longer offering a particular distance, you can simply click the edit link next to that distance, uncheck the box in the Active column, and then click Update. This action will remove the distance from your banner area, and you won’t receive prompts to add pricing for the event related to that distance anymore. Important: Do not deactivate all distances, you will lose access to the current event instance.
Participant Count Breakdown: Charge: Shows the number of participants charged for registrations. Coupon: Indicates the number of participants who registered using a 100% coupon. This count excludes those who used partial credit or coupon. Manual: Reflects the number of participants manually added to the event by the Race Director. Total: Represents the overall count of participants, combining charged, coupon, and manual entries. Waitlist: Displays the number of participants currently on the waitlist.
Display/Hide Your Entrants: To make your entrant list public, slide the toggle next to the distance to Visible (green). To hide the list, slide it to Hidden (red).
Notes: Toggling your entrants is an effective way to update your entrant list, especially when you have a missing participant.
If you encounter difficulty toggling your list(s) and the toggle seems stuck, it likely indicates a duplicate participant in your list. You can export your participant list and use Excel to highlight duplicate values, or reach out to support for assistance.
Other Useful Links on the Dashboard: Hourglass Icon(1): If your waitlist is hidden, click this icon to easily view your waitlist. People Icon(2): The people icon is quite simply a quick link to your entrant lists. Year Dropdown(3): Use this dropdown to select and view registration data from previous years.
Upcoming Payout Breakdown
Finally, you’ll find a graph comparing the registration volume from last year to the current year. You can view it by distance. If you didn’t have any registrations last year, this section will be empty.
