We’re constantly working to improve the UltraSignup platform for event organizers and athletes, and this Changelog reflects that work, cataloguing the enhancements, updates and bug fixes we’re rolling out on a weekly basis. In addition to this running list, there are a number of other behind-the-scene projects we’re working on to optimize platform performance – all with the goal of helping organizers put on amazing events that athletes will love.
We’ve deployed a new drag & drop communications tool!
We added the ability to export participant data and include independent add-on orders.

We’ve been experiencing intermittent system slowdowns, mostly on some Saturdays and Sundays (more heavily on Saturdays). It impacts results being published from the timing application, lag in live publish & live scrolling results, long loading periods for administrative tools.
When there are two items purchased by one individual, a registration and an add-on, both amounts populate twice in each column under rows of the same Participants name. The final amount is tallying correctly (i.e. you only have one registration and one add-on carry over to the final payout), but this is confusing and unclear.
