We’re constantly working to improve the UltraSignup platform for event organizers and athletes, and this Changelog reflects that work, cataloguing the enhancements, updates and bug fixes we’re rolling out on a weekly basis. In addition to this running list, there are a number of other behind-the-scene projects we’re working on to optimize platform performance – all with the goal of helping organizers put on amazing events that athletes will love.
The demographics page takes a bit to load as it is gathering data. There was not indication that the page was loading, you would only see a blank screen... Now the page lets you know that it is working on gathering your data!
When your event happens over a weekend and the registration page include these when, when sending a waitlist invite, the start date was being displayed rather than the date of the event. This has been changed.

We have added the ability to add a conversion label to your event setup dashboard
You will now see the option to add your GTM ID in your RD Dashboard. This can be used for tracking across multiple pages through the use of tags and triggers. Guide coming soon.
We updated the order of participant screen dropdown to ‘All distances’ as the first/default option rather than ‘All distances with independent add-ons’.
We updated the details on ‘Get Your Code’ screen that you reach before timing configuration. It was updated with a new video, links to guides, and new tips.
Removed the option to add a blog link to your social dropdown menu on your registration page and replaced with Instagram. This can be found on your event setup dashboard.

Cancelled events were still appearing in the list of upcoming events in the runner’s registration confirmation email.
When visiting the communications tool, you may have noticed a secondary menu appearing behind the main menu at the top of the page.
When creating questions, if you switched between multiple choice to free form questions, the free form question kept the multiple choice answers.
