INVITATION LINK INSTRUCTIONS #

**IMPORTANT: ONLY USE YOUR INVITE LINK WHEN REGISTERING FOR A DISTANCE THAT IS SOLD OUT**

• Only 1 invitation is issued per runner, and they can only be used for a single registration.
• You ONLY need to use an invitation when the event is sold out. If the distance is not sold out, you can register as normal without the special invite link.

If you are registering for more than one distance:

1. Only use the invite for the 23k registration (because it is sold out)
2. 46k & VK still have space. If they sell out, you will need a link to register.

Note: If you use your invite for one registration and the other event that you are registering for sells out, please contact us and will we provide a manual link to register.

HOW TO CREATE YOUR COUPON CODE #

You will have a code for each distance in which you requested to participate. The code(s) follow this format: distance_ELITE_last-name:

Ex. 23k_ELITE_madigan

If you requested to run more than one distance, you will have a code for both.

1. FAQ:
   1. If you have two last names, your code will include both, but separated by a hyphen. Ex. VK_ELITE_broken-arrow
   2. If your last name has a special character other than a hyphen, it will not be used in your coupon code. Ex. O’Leary, becomes Oleary
   3. Codes are not case-sensitive.
   4. You will apply your code to your shopping cart
   5. Each code is one-time use only

TRIPLE CROWN ONLY #

1. Your code will follow this format: distance_ELITE_last-name
   1. Ex: TC_ELITE_{{last-name}}
   2. You will simply append your last name, Ex: TC_ELITE_madigan

TC Invitations: No detail needed for TC runners, you must use your invitation link to register for the TC. #
