How Do I Update My UltraSignup Profile?

Need to update your UltraSignup profile? You can edit your name, contact info, gender, birthdate, and more by logging into your account and navigating to ‘Edit Profile.’ Make sure to save any changes before exiting. Some fields, like first name changes, may have restrictions. If you run into issues, reach out to support for help.

Log In to Your UltraSignup Account

• Log in with your credentials.

Access Your Profile Settings

• Hover over your name in the navigation area.
• Click on Edit Profile from the dropdown menu.

Edit Your Last Name and Contact Information

• On the profile page, you can update your last name, phone number, address, gender, and other contact information.
• Note: You cannot change your first name or email address from this page.

Save Your Changes 

• After making the necessary changes, click Update to save them.

Important: Changing Your Last Name on Your Results

• If you change your last name, your results page will no longer display your past results under the old name.
• To keep all your race results together, you will need to submit a Name Merge Request to move your results from your old last name to your new one.
