If you're trying to reset your password and the email isn't showing up, you're probably not doing anything wrong. Here's the most common reason — and the fastest fix.
First: you might not have an account yet
A lot of runners have registered for races on UltraSignup without ever creating a profile. If you've always checked out as a guest, there's no account to log into — and no password to reset.
🔵 Try this first: Create an account. Takes about a minute. This is the fix for most people who land on this page. From UltraSignup.com > Click SIGN IN > SIGN UP
Have an account but still no email?
Check spam — it ends up there more than it should
Search your spam or junk folder for auth@ultrasignup.com. The email can take up to 30 minutes, so give it a bit if you just requested it.
Add auth@ultrasignup.com to your safe senders list and this won't happen again.
Not in spam either?
Some mail providers block UltraSignup emails before they ever reach your inbox — even if you've gotten mail from us before. It's frustrating and it's outside our control. Your best move is to contact your mail provider directly, or create a new account with a different email address.
Don't want to wait? You might not have to.
Most events on UltraSignup let you register without an account. Start the registration process and look for the Register as a Guest option.
🟡 Lotteries and waitlists are the exception — those require an account. If that's where you're stuck, your options are: wait for the reset email, or create a new account with a different email address.
Still blocked? Reach out to us. We want you registered.
