If you're seeing race results that don’t belong to you—especially if you just created a new UltraSignup account—you’re not alone. UltraSignup results pages are grouped by name, not by account or email. That means if you share a first and last name with other runners, you’ll all appear on the same page.
Just Created an Account?
If you’re new to UltraSignup and haven’t raced yet, your results page may show finish times for someone else with your same name. That doesn’t mean your account is broken—there’s just no way for the system to tell you apart until you’ve completed an event.
How Results Pages Are Organized
- Results are grouped by first and last name only, not by email or account.
- Even when logged in and viewing “My Results,” you’ll see all runners with your name.
- Results are separated by calculated age, which helps—but doesn’t always prevent confusion.
What to Do If a Result Isn’t Yours
If you spot a result on your page that doesn’t belong to you:
- Log into your account on a desktop browser (the tool doesn’t work on mobile).
- Visit your results page.
- Click “Edit My Results” at the top of the page.
- Drag any incorrect results out of your section—or move the correct ones into place.
