Not seeing your race in Registration History or on your profile? There are a few reasons this can happen. Here’s how to confirm your registration and understand where your race information will appear on UltraSignup.
1. Check Registration History
Log into your account and go to your Registration History page.
If you were logged in when you registered, your race will appear here.
2. If the Event Isn’t Listed
You may have registered as a guest (while logged out). Guest registrations cannot be linked to a member profile later.
To confirm your registration in this case, use the Resend Confirmation Tool.
3. Check Your Results Page
If you’re registered, your upcoming race may also appear in green on your results page—but only if the race director has made the entrants list public.
4. Lottery and Waitlist Registrations
If you’re entered in a lottery or added your name to a waitlist, the event will not appear in your results page.
Instead, visit the event’s registration page and check the published applicant or waitlist list.
5. Results and Your Profile
Results on UltraSignup are organized by first name + last name + age, not by account or email.
This means you’ll still get credit for your results regardless of how you registered.
If you see results that belong to you but aren’t grouped correctly, you can fix it using the Edit My Results tool.
