How to Add Individual Bib Numbers to Runners

Assigning Bib Numbers

If you've already assigned bib numbers for your event but received registrations after bibs were assigned, there's no need to start over. Simply open the participant record for the new registration and assign bibs from there.

Remember to click the disk icon to save and also click update. If you're using the timing app and have already entered the code, you'll need to reset the app for changes to take effect.

You can either search for the runner using the search bar on the participant screen OR click the edit link next to their name in your list of participants.

Find and select the edit link/icon beside the participant for whom you wish to assign a bib number. This will open the participant record.

Add bib number and click the disk icon to save the change.

Lastly, click the green update button at the bottom of the screen.
