Missing Results?
If the event is hosted on our platform, please contact the event organizer first. Results are normally loaded by the race director; however, runners are encouraged to find and load available results using our public results loader. We ask that you load the overall event results, not just yours. You can usually copy and paste results from a webpage into a spreadsheet, and once they are in a spreadsheet, loading the file is a snap.
Reasons for Rejection of Results
- If you submit only partial results
- If names are missing
- If genders OR ages are missing
- If the file is not properly formatted
- If the event is not an ultra, or a trail race
- If there are fewer than 10 finishers
- If the data is incorrect

All submissions are manually reviewed and approved, so please expect 1-2 weeks tops for approvals.
