Create Coupon Codes to Boost Registrations and Run Promotions

Create coupon-code discounts for your event so any registrant who enters a valid code at checkout receives a promotion. Coupon codes apply to all distances for the current event, can be edited or deleted, and expire after you renew the event.

These are 'coupon code' based discounts. Anyone who enters a live, valid code at checkout will receive the discount, so be careful. These codes are valid for ALL of the event distances for your current event (codes will be invalid after you renew your event).

Navigate to coupons & invitations, and click the "coupon codes" tab:

Complete all fields & click "add".

All LIVE codes can be seen under the "Live Coupons" section. Just click to expand the section:

You have the ability to edit or delete the code once it has been created:

Viewing Coupon Reports from Prior Years

Once your event has been renewed, you can still see how your coupon codes performed in previous years. Navigate to coupons & invitations and select the year you’d like to view from the drop-down menu. The coupon report for that year will display.

Haven’t renewed your event yet? Prior-year coupon reports are only available from the drop-down after renewal. If you need a past report before you’ve renewed, please contact our support team and we’ll pull it for you.
