Removing a Distance & Adding a New Distance

If your event distances have changed, or you are adding on new distances, and removing others, you will first want to deactivate the distances you're no longer offering.

On your event dashboard, to deactivate a distance, click the edit link next to that distance:

Uncheck the box next to the distance in the active column.

Then click update to save the change.

Add Another Distance

• You will not see this option if your event needs to be renewed. You will first need to renew your event and then you will be able to add distances.
• If you have multiple events of the same distance, you will need to slightly alter the distance because the system will not allow you to add duplicate distances. (i.e. for a 26.1, you can change to a 26.11, and then you can still use the label field to name the distance a 'Marathon', but be sure if you have multiple instances of the same distance, that you label in a way that differentiates the two. Such as 'Sat Marathon; Sun Marathon')

Navigate to your Event Setup tab, and click Add Another Distance.

Fill out the information and then click Add Distance +:
