Add Participant Discounts for Volunteers, Deferrals, and Specific Registrants

Single Event Participant Discounts

Event page Registrations Coupons & Invitations Participant Discounts

Participant discounts are assigned to specific individuals and are applicable to specified distances in your event. When a participant registers using the designated email, they will see the discount applied during checkout.

Fill in the information as shown below, and click Add Discount

Once the discount has been added, you can find it by expanding the + Outstanding Coupons section at the bottom of the page.

Once the credit has been used, it will appear as a +Used Coupons.

Using the Batch Loader

You can use the "Batch load" feature to apply participant discounts in bulk. Simply upload a three column CSV consisting of email, first, and last in that exact order using NO column headers.

Fill in all discount information, upload your file, and then click Load Discounts
