How Do I Change My Race Distance on UltraSignup?

Want to switch to a different race distance? If the race director allows it, you can change your distance before the event.

Downgrades to a cheaper distance won’t include a refund. If you upgrade, your original order is removed, and you’ll get a credit to re-register at the price of the new distance on the date of your original order.

Follow the prompts to complete your registration update.

If the race director has enabled the ability to edit your registration for this event, then you can visit your "Edit" page to make the changes to your registration. You can find the "Edit" link on your receipt or you can access your order on the "Registration History" page (if you were logged in when you registered): https://ultrasignup.com/members/member_history.aspx

If you need a copy of your receipt, you can request one here: https://ultrasignup.com/confirm_resend.aspx

If you do not see that option on your order edit page, you will need to contact the race directly as they have not enabled that feature for their event. You can contact the director via the green "Ask A Question" button on the registration page.
