UltraSignup does not issue refunds. The money paid for event registration goes to the race director, not to UltraSignup, so all refund decisions are made by the race organizer.
Processing fees are not refundable.
If you purchased Refund Guarantee from SPOT at the time of registration, you must process your withdrawal and claim directly through SPOT at https://myaccount.getspot.com/login. Important: if your registration is removed in-platform — by the race organizer, by UltraSignup, or by you — your SPOT coverage is voided.
If you did not purchase Refund Guarantee from SPOT, refunds are at the race director's discretion. Each event sets its own refund policy. You'll typically find it in:
- The description on the registration page
- The waiver you signed at checkout
- The event's website
If you can't find the policy or need to make a request, contact the race director directly using the green Ask a Question button on the event's registration page.
