Here's how to request your refund:

1. Log in to your Spot account (use the email address used on your event registration) https://myaccount.getspot.com/login

2. Find your coverage and click "Request Refund"

3. Complete the request flow and submit the payoff quote

4. Spot will email you confirmation once it's processed

5. Your refund goes to your Venmo or PayPal account within 24 hours of confirmation — expect the funds to land within 1-3 business days

No documentation or proof required. Spot confirms requests within 24 hours.
