If you registered for a race before creating an UltraSignup account, or you used the guest option while logged out, that registration cannot be moved into your Registration History. Here’s why, and what it means for your upcoming race and results.
Guest Registrations Cannot Be Moved
When you register as a guest, the entry is not tied to any account.
Once complete, it cannot be added later to your new or existing profile.
Your registration is still valid—you are signed up for the race—but you won’t see it listed in your Registration History.
How to Confirm Your Guest Registration
Use the Resend Confirmation Tool to receive your race confirmation email.
If you’re unsure whether you’re listed, check the event’s entrants list (if public) from the registration page.
What About My Results?
Results are not tied to accounts or emails—they’re matched by first name + last name + age.
This means you’ll still receive credit for your finish, regardless of how you registered.
If your results show up in the wrong place, you can use the Edit My Results tool to organize them under your section.
