How to Change Race Start Times

If you need to change the start time of your event, you can do so by navigating to your timeline. Open Event Setup >> Edit Event >> Open the Timeline tab

Scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will see a box for each distance in your event, you will need to update each distance individually and click save before moving on to another distance.

Notes:

• If your distance will not update, please check your dates. If you are trying to set the last day of the month and you select September 31st, for example, it will not save your changes because there is no September 31st.
• If your events have different start times, a list will populate on your race page:

• If you are trying to update your race start time on race day and you are using our timing app, you can update the start time in the app and changes do not need to be made in UltraSignup.
