How to Edit Your Results on UltraSignup
Follow these simple instructions to edit your race results on UltraSignup. You can update finish times, add missing runners, and even remove participants
Accessing the Results Editor
Navigate to Your Results List:
Click on the year link in the results box located in the top right corner of the screen.
Enter Edit Mode:
On the results page, click on the Edit link above the results list to open the Results Editor.
Editing a Runner's Finish Time
Search for the Runner:
Use the search box to locate the runner by their name or bib number.
Edit the Finish Time:
Update the time in the provided field.
Click Update to save your changes.
A small red notification that says "Updated" will confirm the changes were successful.
Adding a Missing Runner
Enter Runner Details:
Click on Add Runner to enter their details.
Required information includes:
First and Last Name
Age and Gender
While City and State are optional, it is preferred to fill them in for more complete records.
Save the Runner:
Enter the runner’s finish time if applicable and click Add.
If there is missing information, you will receive an error message indicating what is needed.
Removing a Runner from the List
Search for the Runner:
Use the search box to find the runner you need to remove.
Delete the Runner:
Click on the runner’s record to open it, then select Delete to remove them from the list.
Changing a Runner’s Status (DNS, DNF, DSQ)
Edit the Runner’s Status:
You can change a runner’s status to Did Not Start (DNS), Did Not Finish (DNF), or Disqualified (DSQ).
Update the Finish Time:
If updating the status, set the finish time to 0.
Save Changes:
Click Update to ensure the changes are saved.
Important Reminders
Always click Update after making changes to ensure your updates are saved.
Look for the "Updated" confirmation message to verify that your changes were applied.
ONCE YOU ARE 30 DAYS POST EVENT, YOU ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO EDIT RESULTS
