How Do I Change My Email Address on UltraSignup?
If you need to update the email address tied to your UltraSignup account, here’s how it works:
1. If You Registered While Logged In:
- Log into your account.
- Go to this link: Change My Email and enter your new email.
Note: You can’t change your email to one that’s already connected to another UltraSignup account. If you have multiple accounts, just use the one you prefer—your results aren’t tied to your email address.
2. If You Registered as a Guest:
If you weren’t logged in and used guest checkout, you won’t be able to update that email through your account.
To update the email on that specific race registration, you’ll need to contact the race director directly:
- Go to the event’s registration page.
- Click the green “Ask A Question” button to reach the race director.
A Few Things to Know:
- We don’t deactivate UltraSignup accounts, and accounts aren’t linked to results.
- If you’ve ended up with more than one account, no worries—just use whichever one works best for you.
