How Do I Change My Email Address on UltraSignup?
Need to update your email address? Log into your UltraSignup account, go to ‘Edit Profile,’ and update your email. If you see a message saying the account already exists—and don’t recall setting it up—you may have accidentally created one while trying to register as a guest for an event. UltraSignup doesn’t merge accounts, so you’ll need to log in with the one you want to use going forward. If you’re locked out, reset your password [here]. Your race results aren’t tied to your email, just your name and age, so switching accounts won’t affect them.
Log in to Your UltraSignup Account
- Use your credentials to log in to your account.
Access Your Profile Settings
- Hover over your name in the navigation bar to expand the drop down "account info" menu.
- Click on the Edit Profile link.
Edit Your Email Address
- In your profile, find the "Email" section.
- Click on the Edit link next to your current email address.
Enter Your New Email
- A new page will open with a field for your new email address.
- Input your current password to confirm the change.
Verify Your New Email
- Before clicking "Change", please make sure that:
- The new email is not already linked to another UltraSignup account.
- You have entered the email correctly. (Common errors include missing periods or mistyping ".com" as ".con").
Save Changes
- After verifying your email address, click the Change button to update your email.
