Rollover credits will not be visible in your registration history until the event has been renewed. Once the event is renewed and the race director applies the credits from the previous year, they will appear in your outstanding credits.
Credits are linked to your email, so if the credit was added to a different email than the one used to log in, you will need to contact the director to see if they can reissue it. Use the green "Ask a Question" button on the registration page to contact the director, if necessary.
