Q3 Progress Update
We’re leveling up the UltraSignup platform so you and your runners have the best possible experience. Here’s what’s new and what’s next:
Payment Platform – Adyen integration is deep in the works. This is the foundation for faster, safer payments and new options RDs have asked for.
Search + Discovery – Upgrades are in motion to help runners actually find your races, not just scroll past them.
Refund Protection – Actively building. Coming soon so runners can protect their entry and you can reduce tough refund conversations.
Your Feedback → Our Roadmap – Most RDs want clear notes on changes, releases, and what’s next. Message received—and we’re shipping with that in mind.
Production Fixes Week (August) – We paused feature work to knock out real issues:
RD Marketing Tool shows where page views come from (Tools > Marketing)
Waitlist emails now point runners to UltraSignup Support
Gift card balance display cleaned up
Fee Share updated and available
Add-ons now allow distance changes when it makes sense
Public Entrants and Participants lists are synced and accurate
Clearer messaging for distance changes on waitlisted events
Fixed error when adding a new date during event renewal
Keep the fixes coming – Another focused support week is queued. We’re alternating between fixes and new features to keep both moving.
