If you encounter an error with the message "No Bib/Fix Online" when using the UltraSignup Timing App, it usually means that a participant was uploaded without being assigned a bib number. Here’s how to resolve this issue:

1. Assign the Missing Bib Number:
   • Go to UltraSignup.com and locate the participant who has not been assigned a bib number.
   • Assign a bib number to that participant in the registration section.
2. Reset the App to Sync the Changes:
   • After assigning the bib number online, you’ll need to reset the app for the changes to reflect.
   • In the Timing App, navigate to the menu (hamburger icon), select Tools, and then click New/Reset Race.
   • Re-enter your event code to sync the updated participant information, including the newly assigned bib number.
3. Verify the Fix:
   • After the app reloads with the updated data, search for the participant in the app to confirm their bib number has been assigned correctly.
