If you encounter an error with the message "No Bib/Fix Online" when using the UltraSignup Timing App, it usually means that a participant was uploaded without being assigned a bib number. Here’s how to resolve this issue:

Assign the Missing Bib Number:
- Go to UltraSignup.com and locate the participant who has not been assigned a bib number.
- Assign a bib number to that participant in the registration section.

Reset the App to Sync the Changes:
- After assigning the bib number online, you’ll need to reset the app for the changes to reflect.
- In the Timing App, navigate to the menu (hamburger icon), select Tools, and then click New/Reset Race.
- Re-enter your event code to sync the updated participant information, including the newly assigned bib number.
- Verify the Fix:
- After the app reloads with the updated data, search for the participant in the app to confirm their bib number has been assigned correctly.
By following these steps, the "No Bib/Fix Online" error will be resolved, and you’ll be able to record their times during the race.
