Publishing Results

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Once your race is over, it's time to publish the results. This is an essential step to ensure that all participants and spectators can see the final standings accurately.

• Publishing from the app:
  • In the app, click on the Menu icon at the top right and select Results.
  • Here, you’ll see the results for all distances in your event.
  • To publish these results, click the Menu icon again and choose Publish Results. You will be prompted to confirm: click Yes to proceed.
  • Once you confirm, the app will publish all recorded results for each distance.

• Finalizing Results on UltraSignup:

  • After publishing results from the app, you will still need to confirm them on UltraSignup.com for them to appear on the official Final Results page.
  • Log in to UltraSignup.com, go to Timing & Results, and click on the Results Loader.
  • Here, you’ll see the newly published results listed as "Unconfirmed". Review them and click Confirm to finalize.

• Looped Events Publishing Tip:

  • For looped events, you’ll see multiple records for each participant based on the laps they completed. Confirm each set of results to ensure everything is recorded correctly.

Once you’re satisfied with the accuracy of the data, publish results from the app and confirm them on UltraSignup.com to ensure they appear properly on the official results page.
