How Do I Use My UltraSignup Credits or Rollovers?
Have UltraSignup credits or a race rollover? You can use them when registering for an event. At checkout, your available credits will automatically apply to eligible races. If you don’t see your credit, make sure you’re using the same account it was issued to. Rollovers and credits may have expiration dates or event restrictions set by the race director, so check your registration history for details. If you have questions, reach out to the race organizer.
Where to Find Your Race Credits
Step 1: Log in to your UltraSignup Account.
Step 2: Select Registration History from your Account Info menu.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of your registration history page, and you will see a section labeled Outstanding Credits & Coupons. If you have credits linked to your account, you will see them here.
Note: If you do not see any credits, it could be that the race director linked the credit to your email address rather than your member account. This might happen if you registered as a guest.
How to Use Your Available Credits
Simply register for an event while logged into your account, and your credit will automatically apply to your cart total at checkout.
Additional Notes
- What does "All Events" mean?
- Any credits labeled "All Events" means your credit can be applied to any race in the group.
- If the credit is set up on a single event, the credit can only be used for that specific event.
- Can I use my credit to register for any race on the platform?
- No. The credit can only be used for another event organized by the same group/business/event.
- Rollover credits will not be visible in your registration history until the event has been renewed.
- If your credits do not appear in your registration history, check with the race director or the email address the credit was applied to. If the credits don’t apply at checkout, contact the race director before completing the purchase.
