Can I Get a Refund for My Race Registration?

UltraSignup does not issue refunds—this is up to the race director. When you register for a race, your payment goes directly to the event organizer, not UltraSignup.

To check the event’s refund policy, review the race’s registration page, waiver, or website. If you need to request a refund, contact the race director using the green ‘Ask a Question’ button on the event’s registration page.
