Change Participant Distance

If it's race day and you have a runner who needs to change their distance, here’s how you can do it in the UltraSignup Timing App.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

• First, click on the Search icon in the top bar next to the menu.
• This will open up the search screen. From here, you can search for your participant.
• Once you find the participant, click on their name to open up the Participant Details.
• In the Participant Details screen, you'll see an option labeled Event. Click on the current distance, and then switch them over to the desired distance.
• After you've selected the new distance, click Update.
