Changing Participant Status
If you need to change a participant's status (e.g., Did Not Start [DNS] or Did Not Finish [DNF]), here’s how to do it:

Search for the Runner:
- Click the search icon in the top bar (next to the menu icon) and type in the participant’s name or bib number to find them.

Access Participant Details:
- Once you’ve found the runner, click on their name to open their participant details.

Change the Status:
- In the participant details screen, you will see a section labeled Status. Click on the current status (e.g., blank if they are in the event) and select from the following options:
- Did Not Start (DNS)
- Did Not Finish (DNF)

Update:
- After selecting the appropriate status, click Update to save the changes.

Verify the Change:
- Go back to the main list or bib tab to confirm that the participant's status has been updated (e.g., DNS or DNF next to their name).

Undo Status Change:
- If you need to revert a status change (e.g., accidentally marked someone as DNS who later shows up), follow the same process, but select the blank option under Status and click Update to restore them back into the event.

Bulk Update via Tools:
- To change statuses for multiple participants, click the menu icon, go to Tools, and select Change Participant Status. From there, you can enter the bib number and update the status for each runner in bulk.
