The Labels tool allows you to generate printable participant labels to help organize race-day logistics like packet pickup, bib sorting, drop bags, and more.
Where to Find It
From your Race Director dashboard:
Event Setup → Tools → Labels
Common Uses
Race Directors commonly use labels for:
Packet pickup organization
Bib labeling

Label Format
Labels are formatted for:
Avery 18160
Size: 1" x 2 5/8"
30 labels per sheet
These are standard, easy-to-find labels available at most office supply stores.
What Information Appears on the Label?
You can customize what appears on each label using the Custom Selector dropdown.
For example:
If you select “Email”, the participant’s email address will appear on the label.
Other selectable fields will populate based on your chosen option, which includes answers to specific registration questions
For example - if you have "T-shirt Size" as a Question in your registration flow, you can choose that as a custom label field
How to Print
Navigate to Event Setup → Tools → Labels
Select the field you’d like included using the Custom Selector dropdown.
Click the Green PDF button to generate your labels.
Print using Avery 18160 label sheets.
Ensure your printer settings are set to:
100% scale
No “fit to page”
Standard letter (8.5 x 11)
Tip: Test print one page to confirm everything lines up.
If printing from Adobe Reader, you must set Page Scaling to None.
