Getting verified in Adyen means your payouts run on time, every time. It only takes a few minutes, and once it's done, you won't have to think about it again.
Quick check: See your status without leaving UltraSignup
Before you head into Adyen, you can check your verification status right from your event's Financials & Statements dashboard.
Not yet verified — you'll see a banner letting you know your account is set up but payouts can't start yet. Click Complete verification → to jump straight into Adyen and finish up.
Connected & verified — you'll see a confirmation that your account is connected and payouts are enabled. No action needed.
This is the fastest way to confirm you're all set, or to know it's time to follow the onboarding steps below.
Step 1: Get to your Adyen dashboard
Go to Event Setup > Tax & Payments > Proceed to Adyen Onboarding.
Step 2: Check each section's status
Your dashboard should show four sections, each with a green badge:
- Business details, Verified
- Decision-makers, Verified
- Payout bank accounts, Verified
- Sign services agreement, Signed
Step 3: Fix any section that's not verified
If a section shows Add instead of a green badge, that section is incomplete.
Click into it and follow the prompts to finish.
Once every section shows Verified or Signed, you're all set. Payouts will run on schedule with no interruptions.
Need to make a change later?
Making changes to your business entity? Linking a different bank account? You'll manage these tasks right from your Adyen Dashboard, the same place you completed verification.
Go to Event Setup > Tax & Payments > Proceed to Adyen Onboarding to get there.
