If a scheduled payout hasn't landed, the most common cause is an incomplete verification step in Adyen, UltraSignup's payment processor.
Step 1: Get to your Adyen dashboard
Go to Event Setup > Tax & Payments > Proceed to Adyen Onboarding.
Step 2: Check each section's status
Your dashboard should show four sections, each with a green badge:
- Business details, Verified
- Decision-makers, Verified
- Payout bank accounts, Verified
- Sign services agreement, Signed
Step 3: Fix any section that's not verified
If a section shows Add instead of a green badge, that section is incomplete.
Click into it and follow the prompts to finish.
Once every section shows Verified or Signed, your payout resumes on schedule.
