How to Retrieve Your Adyen Statement

Go to Reports > Event Financials

You'll find your Adyen statement listed alongside your regular financial reports.

Seeing two statements for the period? (transitional statements)

If your account is in a transitional period this cycle, meaning some of your paid transactions went through your legacy payment processor and the rest came through Adyen, you'll see two statements for the same pay period:

• The one labeled with the statement date covers transactions processed through your legacy payment processor.
• The one labeled "Adyen" covers the matching transactions processed through Adyen.

Together, those two statements account for the full pay period. Once your account is fully on Adyen, you'll just refer only to the Adyen statement.
