- To reset the application, first click on the Menu icon (the hamburger icon) in the top right corner of the screen.
- Next, select Tools from the menu options, and then click on New/Reset Race.
- You will be taken to the home screen where you will see two options: Continue with [current code] or New Reset. If you are resetting the app, select New Reset.
- You will see a warning message indicating that all existing data will be lost. If you’re sure you want to proceed, click Yes to confirm the reset.
- Once the app resets, you can re-enter your code to load the correct data for your event. Remember, if you’ve assigned bibs or made changes on UltraSignup.com, resetting the app is necessary for those changes to appear in the app.
