Mitigate Confusion with a Refund Policy

• Let's talk refunds! We understand that you have your event's best interests at heart, and we're here to help you ensure that all your runners are on the same page. Including a refund policy in your event description and waiver is a fantastic way to maintain transparency. Not everyone meticulously pores over every word in a waiver or event description, so why not make sure they can't miss it? Some Race Directors even add a little multiple-choice question to ensure everyone gets the memo!
• Why it matters: This clarity benefits both you and your runners. It's no secret that refund questions pop up from time to time. By providing runners with a clear understanding of your policy, you're saving both yourself and your entrants from unnecessary confusion. Plus, it helps our UltraSignup Support team offer better assistance and can even prevent those pesky disputed charges. We all want to avoid those surprises, right? Learn more here.
