What you'll see: Your scheduled payout doesn't show up, or you get a message that your account needs verification.
Why it's happening: When a race's transaction volume jumps after moving to Adyen, Adyen may automatically trigger an extra identity verification step on the account. This is a standard Adyen safeguard tied to volume, not a sign anything is wrong with your account. Payouts stay paused until verification clears.
What to do:
- Go to Event Setup > Tax & Payments.
- Click Proceed to Adyen Onboarding.
- Complete the section that shows as unverified — most often the Legal Entity section.
Verification usually clears within about an hour. Once it does, your held payout releases automatically. If it's been longer than a day, reach out and we'll check on it directly.
