How to Complete Your Event Setup on UltraSignup
Just got your event approved on UltraSignup? Now it’s time to finalize your setup. You'll receive an automated confirmation email with a link to your registration page and key setup instructions. Follow this guide to upload event photos, confirm your location, add payment details, and customize your registration page.
Event Confirmation
Once your event is approved by our team, you will receive an automated message with a link to your UltraSignup registration page. This email contains important links to guide you through the process of publishing your event details.

Completing Critical Event Details
Add Photos
Event Setup >> Edit Event >> Photo Tab
We recommend uploading a minimum of 7 thumbnail images and an eye-catching banner photo.
When adding your banner photo, drag the image into the desired position and click "save".

Confirm Event Location
Event Setup >> Event Location
Enter the specific location or address of your starting line and click "find". Once the runner icon moves to the address on the map, click update to save your location.

Add Your Payment Account and Entity Details
Event Setup >> Tax & Payments
Enter your banking information and click "add account". Answer the questions that follow to add your entity details. This section must be completed to receive payment for your race registrations.

Create Your Event Description
Event Setup >> Edit Description
Add details you'd like to include on your registration page in this section. We recommend providing runners with information about your race and policies. You can also style this section with HTML and CSS.
