• You will not see this option if your event needs to be renewed. You will first need to renew your event and then you will be able to add distances.
• If you have multiple events of the same distance, you will need to slightly alter the distance because the system will not allow you to add duplicate distances. (i.e. for a 26.1, you can change to a 26.11, and then you can still use the label field to name the distance a ‘Marathon’, but be sure if you have multiple instances of the same distance, that you label in a way that differentiates the two. Such as ‘Sat Marathon; Sun Marathon’)

Navigate to the ‘Add Another Distance’ link that is located under the ‘Event Setup’ tab in your Admin options.

That will open the following screen:

Fill out the information and then click ‘Add distance’:
