You can get to the dashboard by navigating to your registrations tab in your admin tools and clicking on the ‘dashboard’ link.
Deactivate a Distance #
If you have a distance listed that you are no longer offering, you can click the edit link next to the distance on your dashboard, uncheck the box in the column titled ‘active’, then click ‘update’. This will remove the distance from your banner area, and you will no longer be prompted to add pricing for the event.

Numbers at a Glance #
There are 5 columns where you can see a participant breakdown.
Charge: # of participants charged for registrations
Coupon: # of participants who used a 100% coupon to register. This will not include those who used a partial credit/coupon.
Manual: # of participants who were manually added to the event (Meaning, the RD added the participants)
Total: # of the total participants
Waitlist: # of participants currently on the waitlist.

Show/Hide Your Entrant List(s) #
If you would like your entrant list to be public, you can slide the toggle next to the distance to visible(green). If you would like to hide, slide to hidden(red).
Notes: Toggling your entrants is a great way to refresh your entrant list. This comes in handy when you have a participant missing from the entrant list.
If you try to hide or display your list(s) and the toggle is stuck, this most commonly means that you have a duplicate participant in your list. You can export your participant list, and highlight duplicate values in excel to find the duplicate participant. OR you can contact support.

Open Your Waitlists #
You can click the waitlist icons to open your waitlists.

- quantity
- canceled cc orders
- price paid
- total sales
- discounts on the purchase

At the bottom of your can see a weekly registrations graph.
