Refreshing Your Public Entrant List (& Waitlist) #

If your entrant list does not display your most recent participants, a participant has made a change to their information and it is not reflected in the public lists, or a registered participant is just not showing up in the list, you can resolve this by simply refreshing you participant list.
- Navigate to your dashboard
- Toggle the Display Entrants from Visible to Hidden
- Refresh your screen
- Toggle back to Visible
If you are unable to toggle the list back to visible, it is likely due to a duplicate in the participant list. If you cannot find and remove the duplicate, please contact support.
