Event Creation #

Note: You will see the requirement for a waiver, you can use this to outline any refund policy or what happens in the event of cancelation. If you do not need to add these details, you can simply add “No Waiver Required” in the waiver field.

Linking Your Event to the TRFF Group #

The support team already knows to link your event to the Trail Running film festival group, no need to reach out, one of our team members will make this update soon after the event is created.

Our support team will also enable the ability to add more than one ticket to cart. Meaning, after a customer registers themselves and reach the cart summary, they will see an option to “Add Participant”, thus allowing them to add multiple people/orders to a single cart.
