Using the Communications Tool

You can select the year that you would like to message whether the current year or participants from past events.

You can also select ALL YEARS to send a message to everyone who has participated in your event.

To send a message, set your ‘reply to’ information:

Select the event to which you would like to send your message:

You have the option to also exclude fans that have registered or include removed participants:

Set your subject line and write your message:

Anyone who has unsubscribed from your messages will appear here:

You will see messages you sent here:

You can view and copy any past messages if you would like to use the same template/copy.

Your communication history shows all messages sent for the selected year. If you would like to see history for previous years, then simply choose the desired year from the dropdown menu.
